This whole thing is absolutely hysterical ... at least to those of us who DIDN'T order it.

I just got an E-mail from the same people saying that they can't ship to Thailand (after all those weeks since I placed the order) - does that mean that it's out there on the porch right now?

I would definitely look.

All kidding aside, that sucks. What are you going to do? Have it shipped to someone in the states and then pick it up on your next visit?

Yet another argument for digital downloads as a purchase option.

What am I going to do ?

First step is/was ask them to think again ..........

First thought is that they might be scared of piracy/counterfeiting 'cos Thailand is kinda infamous for that sort of thing, but there just wouldn't be the market for it. Either way, I assured them that it was for personal use only and I'd be ever so grateful if they just stuck it in a box (an even bigger box!) and put it in the post ..... We'll see what they come up with. Ship it to the States ? But I'm a Brit, a limey, you know - from the UK (Shakespeare country) so it's gonna have to travel by plane one way or another (one destination or another). Still, wouldn't life be boring if everything went smoothly, right first time and all that ..........

I was in London last weekend. One of my favourite places to visit and the weather lovely. okay it rained a bit on sunday but, it is London, right?

Well good luck with this mess. I hope they come to their senses and ship you the box.

well, I've waited since April/May '72 so another few days, weeks, months, years, decades shouldn't hurt !!!!

And, as you get older (even though you've got less time left!), there don't seem to be such a need to rush like there was in the past ........

good spot - don't have to worry about what I'm gonna do today now (and probably tomorrow and the next day too) - plenty of downloading and a fresh pot of coffee at hand.

To be honest, it's just the ones that were previously only available as poor quality audience recordings and the Stockladen shows that are priorities ....... plus the Bickershaw festival .......... OK, all the rest ........ OK, make that all of them ......... better go and get a bulk pack of CD-Rs !!!!!

I was joshing Elbow that he was going to get 4 or 5 sets like MicMac. If I needed the shows I'd've bought them. Thanks for the info tho.
